We are delighted to have gained a very accomplished composer in Felix Kruse. He has an excellent command of the art of the modern piano miniature. Short and simple, yet always with a clearly defined musical statement – these are the 20 “moments” that Felix Kruse has now launched with us. They are detailed snapshots of human existence that nevertheless offer technical challenges. Einaudi and Philip Glass, Chilly Gonzales and Astor Piazzolla, but also ragtime and pop have left their mark – the style ranges between “classical”, traditional jazz, world and avant-garde music, the difficulty between easy and moderately difficult.
